Update the RP Pico with appropriate SVG and pin mapping so that it works well #380

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current RP 2040 pico svg is a green blob, and there are no pin mappings.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let's use the nice SVG from here: https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/microcontrollers/pico-series.html
and get the pins mapped so the breadboard works too!

Additional context
Noting this as a feature request as I/we want to start working on it.
