Add support for WinPython environments

Congrats for this new Python environment discovery tool which seems to be blazing fast! 🎉

I see that you already support a long list of Python environments.
However, it would be interesting to add support for WinPython (see website here or GitHub project here) which is a portable Python distribution for Windows. It is intended for both academic/research domains and the industry. It was created in 2012 and is widely used in scientific and technical fields.

WinPython project maintainer is @stonebig.

Would you consider supporting WinPython?
