Steps to reproduce

Press key combo for Show/Hide Quake window while quake window is open.

Expected Behavior

If the quake window is open, pressing the key combo should hide the window.

Actual Behavior

If the quake window is open, pressing the key combo creates a new tab.

I think I figured it out. I forgot to do a full power down after I crashed the computer with a slightly too aggressive overclock last week. I'm pretty sure something goes wacky in the CPU cache on Intel 12th gen, because the applications that are running during an OC crash do weird things until I turn off the computer and let the board fully power down. The problem seems to be resolved now that I've done the power down.
