WSL vim (version: 8.0.1453)
# Steps to reproduce
<!-- A description of how to trigger this bug. -->
# Expected behavior
When I scroll the wheel of the mouse in WSL VIM, the cursor should move.
<!-- A description of what you're expecting, possibly containing screenshots or reference material. -->
# Actual behavior
When I scroll the wheel of the mouse in WSL vim, the cursor doesn't move.
But the screen moves when I scroll the mouse in Windows Terminal.
I download the Ubuntu subsystem from the Microsoft store. And it has its own terminal. When I use the WSL vim in that terminal, the mouse works. I mean when I scroll the wheel in WSL vim, the cursor moves.
