In the logs of Azure Pipelines the link to the upgrade guidance is at the end of a sentence and has a nice . after it. This is interpreted as part of the link in the Azure Pipelines log viewer:

And clicking it doesn't work:

It would probably be better to put the link on a separate line or surrounded by whitespace to prevent parsing issues.
