Because now #17049 is merged, which asks if the user has run vcpkg x-add-version, and the PRs microsoft/vcpkg-tool#44 and microsoft/vcpkg-tool#43 are merged, which greatly improve the x-add-version command, a new version of the vcpkg-tool should be released (and used in the vcpkg repo).

@vicroms Maybe you have already started with this :)
