Can you try running the Reset IntelliSense Database command from the Command Palette? The database might be in a bad state. |

@sean-mcmanus I've tried this, but I still can't get it back to normal. As you can see, in this operation "test.cpp" is normal, but I copied out a copy of "test2.cpp" which is abnormal and cannot be recovered. This is the extension enabled in this operation This is the debug log of this operation |

It looks like something is causing our tag parser to fail. It seems like the same issue hit by the user at #10188 . We're not sure yet what could cause this. |

I have two servers with ubuntu installed. only one of them has an exception due to an unexpected power failure, the other one has no problem. What do I need to do to help you find the problem? Many people are using it. I don't want to reinstall my ubuntu 😂 |

Have you tried 1.13.6? 1.14.0 will have more fixes (possibly later this month), but we're not aware of a fix that would address this yet. |

I tried the pre-release version three days ago, but the problem was not solved, and yesterday I officially updated the extension with version 1.13.6 The problem still exists. |

I've reproed the issue. |

I tried to go back to the previous version and found that version 1.8.4 was OK, but the 1.9.7 error still existed. I switched many times before these two versions. |
