See the issue at #6009 and several other issues reported in the past where "No IL available" would occur, due to the parser hitting an error condition. It would be good to get telemetry on this to see how widespread this is and if the number of occurrences goes up, since we've gotten a report of a 0.30.0-insiders regression.
