Create Smart GitHub Bug Reports with the Issue Explorer Extension

I've been working on Open Source projects for many years and often I get comments on issue from folks who like to contribute to the project but don't know where to start, e.g.:

To mitigate this problem and help more folks to contribute to my projects I build and starting using the Issue Explorer Extension that allows to create issues with code references which will be embedded into the GitHub issue. It also highlights code that is part of a GitHub issue which allows people to explorer bugs by scrolling through files in VS Code.
