CHANGELOG.md content has not been updated

Hello,

I've noticed that CHANGELOG.md content hasn't been modified since repo init.
The release notes are on README, however, I believe the proper location is the CHANGELOG.md file.

The following content is shown when we click on 'Changelog' tab:

If you guys agree I'm making a PR to move release notes from README to CHANGELOG.
