No Python kernel completions

Testing #14788

I have opted into the kernel experiment in settings and reloaded the window
I don't have Pylance installed
I'm on the latest Jupyter prerelease
I'm running locally on Windows
I have Python 3.11.6 and have run a cell to start the kernel
I don't see completions:

@joyceerhl Please can you try enabling the following and then also enable verbose logging
"jupyter.enablePythonKernelLogging": true

• Open settings & go into Jupyter->Logging
• Change the value to verbose
• Reload VS Code,
• Attempt to repro the issue & then copy the output from the Jupyter output panel.

Its likely the kernel is just slow to respond with the list of completions.
numpy is large package and its possible things are just slow.

Please replicate the issue and share the logs.
The logs will contain the requests sent to the Jupyter kernel and we can see whether we get completions back or not.
