Interactive window makes cell markers disappear when a cell doesn't run

Testing microsoft/vscode#127378

Open python file
Add cell marker
Execute cell

Execution is failing for me because of this error:

But then cell markers disappear?

What happens after clicking Run Cell

• Insert a cell to the notebook document
• Trigger code watcher to update

  this.codeLensUpdatedEvent.fire();

• Trigger codelens update event

  vscode-jupyter/src/client/datascience/editor-integration/codelensprovider.ts

  Line 222 in 5f8c5c0

  this.didChangeCodeLenses.fire();

• VS Code will then refetch the codelens

I think Jupyter extension returns empty array for the codelens.
