UX behavior for scenarios

Need PM input for the following 2 scenarios -

• Behavior when copying object name for Server node. Should server name be copied or the profile/connection name given for OE? Improved tree logic and added ability to copy object names #1602
• Should Start and Cancel icons always show up or switch based on context (if a query is running or not)? - Cancel query button is always enabled #1584
• Should closing an editor close the corresponding results tab and vice-versa?
• Update UI for connection string based Connection Profiles (Connection string profiles display oddly in quick pick #1583)
