Right now real names are used which feels unfamiliar as real names are only shown on the GH profile page. People interacting with me on GH know me as Tyriar, not necessarily by my real name.

This is actually a lot worse than it may seem because the name is being pulled off of the commit, which could have a different name to the GH account name which is the case for some of my PRs.
