If an "untrusted" interpreters gets stored as a preferred interpreter, autoselection is rendered useless until one clears the storage.

Update autoselection algorithm to make sure the auto selected interpreter is ready with a preferred "safe" interpreter in case user resets the interpreter storage.

  • Update the auto selection algorithm to continue autoselecting if they encounter an unsafe environment.
  • Clear the cache carrying unsafe interpreters at the beginning of the algorithm
