Run all tests in a multi-root workspace without prompting

In a multi-root workspace when running tests I am prompted to select a folder even when that folder has no tests.

eg: ~/.aec has no tests but the prompt still displays:

Would be nice if it just ran all tests without prompting.

This is fixed by #16769. Run tests just run all the tests in all the workspaces, it doesn't prompt asking which ones to run.
