During a study we noticed inconsistent wording when referring to a project/workspace. We should be consistent in how we refer to projects/workspaces among other features within the extension (including prompts, warnings, etc.) and within our documentation/tutorials.

Closing as we have completed updates to all Python docs recently. Additional bugs or updates can be reported in @vscode-docs.
