After filling in the pyproject.toml, I was greeted with a "Create Environment" button in the editor. However, the only options there were Venv and Conda, in spite of Hatch being installed on the PATH and the rest of the TPI working. I would expect to see Hatch there as well.

It's up to each tool whether they want to contribute to the view, that experience will no longer be owned by Python extension going forward. Hatch has not decided to do that yet, that may change with #22836 once they own the code.
