Creating new python env requires a restart of application to detect #5922

Issue Type: Bug

  1. Open VS Code
  2. Open terminal
  3. $ virtualenv ~/Env/some-new-env
  4. Go to change intepreter
  5. Can't find interpreter

Restart VS Code it shows up.
