Test remote explorer for WSL

If you don't have WSL installed start here: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/wsl
Once you have WSL installed, go to the remote explorer and:

• Verify that you can see your WSL distros in the WSL targets
• Verify that if you are connected to WSL that it gets a green check mark in the explorer
• Verify that all the context menu actions work
• Verify that you can see all your distros (install more than one)
• Verify that you can connect/open a folder from the explorer
• Verify that you can see which distro is your default
• Verify that the inline actions work
• Verify that you can see your recently opened folder for each distro
