We have changed the viewlet title area to introduce an ... action to make view managment more discoverable.

• Open all viewlets and make sure the ... action appears in the title area when it makes sense (there is more than 1 view in the viewlet).
• Pressing on the ... shows all views belonging to the viewlet, and the checkmark on the action properly announces the state of the view
• If there are both Viewlet actions and View actions we show the View actions in a submenu
• Move views around and hide them and make sure the ... action always show the correct state

Please note that we also plan to introduce this for the bottom panel, but that will probably be done next milestone.
