Insider - Process explorer typo problem in title and disappear when click outside it. #120391

  • OS Version: Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.572

1, Wrong title "Issue Reporter"

  1. Disappear when click outside it and window doesn't close, It's still opens in background. This can solve with dialog behavior or set this window always in front.

I definitely wouldn't want the window to disappear when it loses focus.
