Multi selected files deletes wrong entity #127230

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.57.1
  • OS Version: Win 10.0.19041

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select a section of files/folders (say 5 listed adjacently in the explorer)
  2. Ctrl Click to deselect a single file/folder within that selection
  3. press delete
  4. notice that only the file/folder you deselected was deleted

Possibly related to bug: 125464 [https://github.com//issues/125464]
