Testing #138068

I don't think we need multiple of these Green Dot indications. Currently there are three separate elements telling me it's a pre-release (badge, dot, button), I think just the button would be fine, especially for extensions that show up in marketplace search (the availability of a pre-release version is not a top-level concern for an extension I haven't even downloaded)
