In the just released v1.66 version of vscode a change was made to sort repositories in the Source Control Repositories list, with a claim that it was previously unreliable. Well I did not find it unreliable before, and have come to expect my repos to be sorted in the order of the workspace folders in my workspace.

Please either:

  1. Provide a config option to allow going back to the "unsorted" view.
  2. Provide a config option to "properly" sort repos based on the order of workspace folders.
