Sticky scroll on first line sticks around

1. Enable stick scrolling
2. In a TS file:

class Foo {
}

3. Scroll down to trigger sticky scrolling then scroll back up to the top of the file

The sticky scrolling on the first line remains, preventing me from selecting text on that line
