vscode.extension.all displays the number of extensions installed in the machine programmatically. Is there any way to find out the number or list of extensions that have been disabled programmatically?
I know that this is not a forum for asking questions, but I asked the same question in Stack Overflow and nobody replied :) .

@gjsjohnmurray , the mentioned ticket #156816 does not contain any practical API for finding number of disabled extensions. Couldyou please confirm whther you have any API for the problem or not? I have asked this question multiple times from @sandy081 as well but no satisfying response
