Testing #161806

The "Installed" filter had been just below "Built-in". I know users can just clear the filter box but it was handy and nice for discoverability.

The 1.71 dropdown had 6 items in that group and now there are 5. What was the rationale for removing that filter option?

Installed extensions are shown by default and hence it was removed from the filter dropdown to reduce the noise. But @installed filter is still supported.

I wonder if users will have the same feeling (missing this filter). How about release like this in this milestone and get it back if needed?

I do not see any complains in insiders until now though?

Just encountered this problem and found this issue from searching.

installed may be the default visibility or visibility, but thats meaningless. Filters are primarily useful for affecting search, which searches the marketplace by default.

I dont want to manually scroll and search through my many installed extensions for the specific ones documentation(or whatever) I need, and now all of a sudden, thats more difficult, and the way to search installed extensions is hidden, I have to manually enter the filter, for.. why?
