Security Allowed UNCHosts is case sensitive

Type: Bug

Add a host in "Allowed UNCHosts" with some uppercase characters and it will not recognize the same host that I'm trying to open a file from.
For example: Setting up the UNC Host as "serverHTTP01" won't recognize that the file we are trying to open resides in host serverhttp01
