Using the accessible view on hovers is a two-step process

It seems that I need to make the hover appear, then press the accessible view keybinding to open the view on it. Since the alt+f2 keybinding doesn't do anything in the editor, what if I could just press that keybinding to get the same info without first showing the hover? This would also help with #188819
