Add code regions to breadcrumbs

Please add ability to include code regions in breadcrumbs for fast navigation.
Code regions are marked by #region preprocessor directives in c#, and #region clause inside comments in html, javascript and typescript, or any other language that has comment.

I am aware about issue #58658, but I think this request is different from that where a dedicated command is requested.
