Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.86.0-insider
  • OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install WYSIWYG HTML Editor Extension https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=node-projects.vscode-designer-addon
  2. Open a HTML File in it, then try to drag it out, does not work

Probably related to #195715

Extension author should know, and meanwhile may be able to update the extension so it tells VS Code not to offer the option.
