Custom profile e apertura file

Ho creato un profilo Home e uno Work ognuno con le rispettive impostazioni ed estensioni.
Una volta selezionato il proflo alla semplice riapertura del programma (no file selezionati) viene correttamente caricato con il profilo corretto se però vado ad aprire un file (estensione file assegnata a VSCode) il programma si apre ma questa volta presenta il profilo default.

I created a Home and a Work profile each with their respective settings and extensions. Once the profile has been selected, when the program is simply reopened (no files selected) it is correctly loaded with the correct profile, however if I go to open a file (file extension assigned to VSCode) the program opens but this time presents the default profile.

I see that @connor4312 has already posted a translation for what i have written.
In any case the problem is simple, after creating different profile (with different settings, extension, etc) you can launch vscode with that profile only after setting in the program link.
Launching the program with a particular profile and then open a file obviously works but if you simply open a file (vscode closed) and expect that vscode use the last used profile doens't work and vscode always use the default profile in this case.

Reading across internet apparently the only way is to force a particular custom profile as default (copying manually the config file) but not have many sense.
