Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a repository.
2. Make a typo. Select the typo.
3. To fix the typo, open Copilot Chat, and run @workspace /fix #selection.
4. Press the button Apply to ... in the chat response.
5. Copilot Edits starts editing to fix the typo.
6. After the editing finished, the Pending changes from GitHub Copilot indicator persists

No.

I still see the issue with the today's Insider.
