starts up slowly on win10

Hello,

There were fiew issues related "starts up slowly", but I didn't find solution for me.
In my case on win10 VS stsrted more than 20 seconds. I've attached files from code --prof-startup and
JavaScript Profiler during "F1>Reload Window.".
Could you you check them, problems looks not in extentions.
