Issue Type: Bug

  1. Open terminal window
  2. Create second terminal
  3. Click Move to Right
  4. Click Move to Bottom

In the result - left panel will contain wrapped text

VS Code version: Code 1.21.1 (79b44aa, 2018-03-14T14:46:47.128Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.15063

Reproduces only with extensions
