Breadcrumbs slightly misaligned/taller than file

• VSCode Version: 1.26.0-insiders
• OS Version: Windows 10 1803, 17134.191

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable breadcrumbs (if you haven't already), set "breadcrumbs.enabled": true
2. Open a file and click somewhere to get a good view of breadcrumbs
3. Look at where the left edge of the breadcrumb meets, say the file explorer, you'll see it's slightly off

Looking at this image:

You can see that the left edge of the breadcrumbs doesn't align with the edge of the "Open Editors" tab of file explorer.
Also is visible with "Variables" tab in debug panel
In Extensions panel, the search bar looks like it could be moved up and be perfectly aligned with breadcrumbs, without destroying the padding from the title above it

Note: Yes I pointed this out, but as someone who is starting to get into design following on from web development, I just had to point this out

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
