In dark mode, power shell doesn't show prompt

Issue Type: Bug

1. Enable Dark Theme
2. Open the Terminal Tab
3. Terminal tab starts with no prompt - which I think is somehow hidden actually. So if i start typying it will show and after the first command, the prompt starts showing up
