Continuation of #56021 but to meet guidelines for feature-requests.

This would be a replica of how the Microsoft Office ribbon and how it transitions the content within it.

Let's say you click on a tab to the right of the active editor, all things in the current editof (gutter, decorations, code etc.) would slide to the left and fade out. Then the new editor from the right would slide in from the right and fade in all the items.

This would also adapt to the size of the editor window too. If it was from right to left, the animations would just reverse.
