Provide 32bit builds in a yum repo

At the moment the latest stable releases are being made available from a yum repo at:

https://packages.microsoft.com/yumrepos/vscode/

But only x86_64 packages are provided. How about also archiving 32bit x86 packages here? Yum/dnf will just do the right job to install the proper package.
