Issue Type: Feature Request

Pressing and holding a key in the integrated terminal should type the character multiple times, rather than just triggering key press once. This is the behavior in most other command prompts.

VS Code version: Code 1.30.1 (dea8705, 2018-12-18T18:05:00.654Z)
OS version: Darwin x64 17.7.0

This is likely caused by this? xtermjs/xterm.js#265
