Search input field missing in new outline in Code 1.32.1 #70038

I just updated to Code 1.32.1 on Windows and look at the Outline pane.
I'm sure there used to be an input field to filter functions by name. Where is it gone?

Now you can just focus the tree and type, and the filter query will appear
