Test for #4580:

By request from users #4580 it is now possible to drag the debug actions widget horizontally across the workspace window.

Start a debugging session and verify:

  • You can drag the debug toolbar on the horizontal axis
  • You can not drag the debug toolbar out of window
  • Resizing the window keeps the debug toolbar in a good position
  • Debug toolbar position is preserved accross vscode sessions
  • Try it both with tabs enabled and disabled and be creative in trying to break it
