Please add support for Live Unit Testing similar to what's available in Visual Studio. If that was available, I would have few reasons to ever leave vscode.

Individual language extensions could do this. Otherwise, it is a duplicate of #9505

We try to keep VS Code lean and we think the functionality you're asking for is great for a VS Code extension. Maybe you can already find one that suits you in the VS Code Marketplace.
