All code text in version 1.14.0 is appearing foggy/blurry.

  • VSCode Version: 1.40.0
  • OS Version: Windows 10 18362.418

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Visual Studio Code
  2. Open any file

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
