How to publish an private extension which only for MS internal users?

Is there any private URL address/location in VS Code marketplace to show only for internal users? We are SCOPE team which own "SCOPE Studio for VS Code" extension. Our user are all MS internal users. So we want to the extension visible only for internal. Any way to do that?

You can distribute the extension package via an internal shared location where MS developers can get the latest version. Otherwise, there is no built-in support for the private marketplace in VS Code. We are exploring the possibilities.

That's means user cannot install in market place/extension in VS Code, right? it's not convenient for users, could you help to work out the more easy soultion?
