Marketplace page is down. Unable to update the utility listing

We are facing a an issue with the following app listing in the Visual Studio Marketplace:
Publisher name: vs-publisher-1455028
Extension name: OpsHubVisualStudioOnlineMigrationUtility

The page returns a 404 error and we are unable to access the publisher account to update the Utility. This same problem has been encountered twice in the past and the solution was to upload the updated exe file from the backend. I can shae a link to the updated exe file. Can you please help upload it and resole the error?
