Both Peace Equalizer and Equalizer APO are not presented in the repository.

Does Equalizer APO have special physical hardware dependencies? When testing the manifest with local-server-provided InstallerUrl in Windows Sandbox, the package cannot be silently installed, get stuck and unable to "OK" for further installation steps.

@stephengillie could you add the following labels maybe to this: Dependencies , Blocking-Issue Manifest validation is blocked by a known issue. , Hardware Specific hardware is required to install or validate this package , Interactive-Only-Installer

And we can close this as we are unable to complete this
