Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not clear about how to generate the sdk once the generate client is hit.
It makes sense to define the process of generation and how to enable users to receive the built sdk

This is related to the work that was intended for #2409
The work was closed since we chose to move to having a VS Code integration
