Personal hotspot pill is opaque

Personal hotspot blue pill remains opaque on lockscreen while otherwise it works fine on apps and HS. Also time shows up in all areas, whereas in LS Carrier name appears at the same spot where pill resides

I use homegesture and its great but there’s one bug that still reoccurs on my iPhone 6, iOS 12.4 where there’s a status bar icon (signal bars and battery) lag when exiting control center to springboard. The transition isn’t smooth. Hope I’m explaining myself well.
